Culinary workshops: Tasting workshops

Take a gourmet excursion along the wine route. This culinary outing will delight the taste buds of even the most discerning gourmets.

The pleasures of the table are a veritable institution in Alsace. Discover Alsace and its culinary specialties, its producers, their know-how and their recipes.

Let yourself be tempted by visits punctuated by gourmet, delicious, fun, participative and instructive stages.

You'll learn all about regional specialties such as foie gras, sauerkraut, gingerbread, cheese, craft beer, eau de vie, tarte flambée and, of course, Alsatian grape varieties.

Program according to your wishes :

- On foot, by bike, bus, vintage coach or classic car

- Walking tour through the vineyards accompanied by a winemaker, followed by a tasting, cellar tour followed by a tasting.

- Possibility of including participatory stations, cooking classes, wine seminars

Minimum : 20 participants

Maximum : 150 participants 

Duration :  Half day / full day
